Okay, still "soft-reserved" is x86-64 specific, no? (AFAIK,
"soft-reserved" will be visible in /proc/iomem, or am I confusing
stuff?) IOW, it "performance differentiated" is not universally
applicable, maybe "specific purpose memory" is ?
