Subject: [PATCH] MIPS: Paravirt: remove remaining pieces of paravirt
Commit 35546aeede8e ("MIPS: Retire kvm paravirt") removed
kvm paravirt support, but missed arch/mips/include/mach-paravirt.
Remove it as well.
