fbcon doc mentions FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE option to be under
Device Drivers->Graphics Support->Frame buffer Devices->
Console display driver support->Framebuffer Console Support,
while its under Device Drivers->Graphics Support->
Console display driver support->Framebuffer Console Support.

Correcting it in the docs.
