Subject: [PATCH v3] nvmem: mtk-efuse: Remove EFUSE register write support

This patch is to remove function "mtk_reg_write" since

for NVMEM consumers.

Fixes: ba360fd040e3 ("nvmem: mtk-efuse: remove nvmem regmap dependency")
