Subject: [PATCH 16/30] wireless: rsi: rsi_91x_sdio: Fix a few kernel-doc related issues

 - File headers do not make for good kernel-doc candidates
 - Kernel-doc header lines should start with " *"
 - Fix doc-rot issue
