Subject: [PATCH] z2ram: Use more current coding style

Use pr_fmt and pr_<level>, continue, and remove tests against NULL.
Use more typical brace styles, add and remove them as appropriate.
Simplify logic in z2_open, rename err_out label to out, unindent a
large block by reversing the test and using goto.
