Subject: [PATCH] PCI: keystone: Enable compile-testing on !ARM
Currently the Keystone driver can only be compile-tested on ARM, but
this restriction seems unnecessary. Get rid of it to increase test
coverage.
Build-tested on x86 with allyesconfig.
