Subject: [PATCH net-next] net: ethernet: dwmac: remove redundant null check before clk_disable_unprepare()

Because clk_prepare_enable() and clk_disable_unprepare() already checked
NULL clock parameter, so the additional checks are unnecessary, just
remove them.
