Subject: [PATCH v2] Improve perf option help information in perf.txt

Perf could use many options, such as:-vv, --exec-path,
--html-path, -p, --paginate,--no-pager, --debugfs-dir,
--buildid-dir, --list-cmds, --list-opts. Add these options
in perf.txt.
