Subject: [PATCH v1 07/30] powerpc/vdso: Remove unnecessary ifdefs in
 vdso_pagelist initialization

No need of all those #ifdefs around the pagelist initialisation,
use IS_ENABLED(), GCC will kick out unused static variables.
