Subject: [PATCH v3 2/2] KVM: selftests: test KVM_GET_SUPPORTED_HV_CPUID as a system ioctl

KVM_GET_SUPPORTED_HV_CPUID is now supported as both vCPU and VM ioctl,
test that.
