rcu: Remove KCSAN stubs from update.c

KCSAN is now in mainline, so this commit removes the stubs for the
data_race(), ASSERT_EXCLUSIVE_WRITER(), and ASSERT_EXCLUSIVE_ACCESS()
macros.
