Subject: Fair Pay of La Yadh

I have decided to use the concept La Yadh, which I believe perfectly 
fits such a multicultural thing, that a wide os, with low jitter fair 
pay basis has.

A big conclusion on research, and the way forward, keeping all good 
developments so far.
