Sorry for being so late with the feedback - have been offline for a
while.
One high-level comment - the bridge does not respect the flags arguments
in the it6505_bridge_attach function. And will unconditionally create the
connector.
The correct approach is that the display driver creates the connector,
and pass a flag to the bridge driver to tell it not to create the
connector.
Could we please update the relevant display drivers to create the
connector and then drop it from the bridge driver. So we avoid adding
backward compatible code to a new bridge driver.
What display driver will this bridge be used with?
