Subject: [PATCH 5.9 654/757] media: vsp1: Fix runtime PM imbalance on error

From: Dinghao Liu <dinghao.liu@....edu.cn>

[ Upstream commit 98fae901c8883640202802174a4bd70a1b9118bd ]

pm_runtime_get_sync() increments the runtime PM usage counter even
when it returns an error code. Thus a pairing decrement is needed on
the error handling path to keep the counter balanced.
