Subject: [PATCH v2 2/3] arm64: smp: Register IPI_CPU_CRASH_STOP IPI as pseudo-NMI
Register IPI_CPU_CRASH_STOP IPI as pseudo-NMI.
For systems that do not support pseudo-NMI, register as a normal IRQ.
