Subject: [PATCH] arm64: defconfig: Drop K3 SoC specific options

With [1] integrated and all users of the config symbols removed, we
can safely remove the options from defconfig.

This is the follow on patch for the Kconfig symbol removal.
We just need to make sure it is in proper merge order for us to
prevent bisect failure.
