Subject: [PATCH 2/6] drivers: hv: vmbus: Replace symbolic permissions by octal permissions

This fixed the below checkpatch issue:
WARNING: Symbolic permissions 'S_IRUGO' are not preferred.
Consider using octal permissions '0444'.
