Subject: [RFC PATCH 54/67] KVM: TDX: Define TDCALL exit reason
From: Sean Christopherson <sean.j.christopherson@...el.com>

reason namespace as the TDCALL exit from TDX guest to TDX-SEAM is really
just a VM-Exit.
