Subject: [PATCH] srcu: Remove srcu_cblist_invoking member from sdp

Workqueue can ensure the multiple same sdp->work sequential
execution in rcu_gp_wq, not need srcu_cblist_invoking to
prevent concurrent execution, so remove it.
