Subject: [PATCH v3] ASoC: qcom: Fix playback recover problem in suspend resume

To support playback continuation after hard suspend(bypass powerd)
 and resume:
Prepare device in  platform trigger callback.
Make I2s and DMA control registers as non volatile.
