Subject: [PATCH 07/15] coresight: etm4x: Handle TRCVIPCSSCTLR accesses

TRCVIPCSSCTLR is not present if the TRCIDR4.NUMPC > 0. Thus we
should only access the register if it is present, preventing
any undesired behavior.
