Subject: [PATCH v4 3/5] ACPI: Drop acpi_dev_irqresource_disabled()

The functionality of acpi_dev_irqresource_disabled() is same as in common
irqresource_disabled(), so drop acpi_dev_irqresource_disabled() in favour
of that function.
