Hi Rob,

Yes they are in "random" order.
And I got a comment about that on the client driver too, which have even
more targets, see:

so I will take this opportunity to change it, as it will be more adaptible to future
chips using this SerDes driver.  Instead of listing all these target, I
will do the mapping in the driver and avoid having to specify e.g. the
amount of targets to be supplied.
