The current implementation caches the full FPGA image in a local buffer so
we can walk various segments of the xclbin container to identify bitstreams,
clock scaling metadata, etc. Full image is also needed for signature verification.
Does the framework guarantee one .write call in case fpga_image_info is
created with complete buffer? That will remove the need to cache the buffer.
