Subject: [PATCH] iommu/io-pgtalbe-arm: Remove "iopte_type(pte, l)" extra parameter "l"

Knowing from the code, the macro "iopte_type(pte, l)" doesn't use the
parameter "l" (level). So we'd better to remove it.
