Updated documentation and comments.

Pushed new series to:

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/mszeredi/vfs.git#ovl-unpriv-v3

Based on the feedback, I feel it's ready for v5.11, so merged this
into #overlayfs-next as well.
