Subject: [PATCH v11 08/11] mm/hugetlb: Add a kernel parameter hugetlb_free_vmemmap
Add a kernel parameter hugetlb_free_vmemmap to enable the feature of
freeing unused vmemmap pages associated with each hugetlb page on boot.
