Subject: [PATCH v5 5/5] crypto: hisilicon/hpre - add 'CURVE25519' algorithm

1. Add 'CURVE25519' curve parameter definition to
   'include/crypto/ecc_curve_defs.h';
2. Enable 'CURVE25519' algorithm in Kunpeng 930.
