Subject: [PATCH 2/2] spi: rpc-if: Remove CONFIG_PM_SLEEP ifdefery

Use __maybe_unused for the suspend()/resume() hooks and get rid of
the CONFIG_PM_SLEEP ifdefery to improve the code.
