Subject: [PATCH RESEND v3] arm64: dts: ls1028a: fix FlexSPI clock

Now that we have a proper driver for the FlexSPI interface use it. This
will fix SCK frequency switching on Layerscape SoCs.

This was tested on the Kontron sl28 board.

Hi Shawn,

this is the last remaining piece of my previous series [1]. Now with the
actual clock driver in v5.11 and the clockgen constants patches in your
for-next branch, there are no further dependencies.

Changlog from the old series:
Changes since v2:
 - use device tree constants for clockgen
 - also use &fspi_clk for fspi_en clock

Changes since v1:
 - none
