If the JPEG is 4:4:4, 3 components, this function always returns
V4L2_PIX_FMT_RGB24, which comes before V4L2_PIX_FMT_YUV24 in the list.
I think it would be better to move the app14_tf fixup in here and let
this function return the correct format.
