Nah, that needs paravirt_set_cap() to be inside
CONFIG_PARAVIRT_SPINLOCKS-enabled ifdeffery.

Jürgen, why don't you move it to arch/x86/kernel/paravirt.c? That
should keep the ifdeffery low.
