Mathias suggest export xhci_add/drop_endpoint(), then we can add two new
functions as following in xhci-mtk.c:

xhci_mtk_add_endpoint()
{
    xhci_add_endpoint();
    xhci_mtk_add_ep_quirk();
}

xhci_mtk_drop_endpoint()
{
    xhci_mtk_drop_ep_quirk();
    xhci_drop_endpoint();
}
