Thanks for the changes.

The usual convention is to order the fields from min to max, as it is
used in most of other bindings. So first goes min, then max.

Somehow the nxp,pf8x00-regulator.yaml example codes has less logical
order (also starting with always-on and boot-on) and people (last time I
think Jagan) tend to copy it...  don't. Do like all other regulators and
DTSes. It makes life of reviewers and future contributors easier.
