Subject: [PATCH v3 1/3] scsi: ufs: Refactor cancelling clkscaling works
Cancelling suspend_work and resume_work is only required while
suspending clk-scaling. Thus moving these two invokes into
ufshcd_suspend_clkscaling() function.
