Subject: [PATCH 16/18] irqchip/apple-aic: Add SMP / IPI support

Since the hardware IRQ controller only supports two IPIs per CPU and
Linux needs more, we implement 32 virtual IPIs using software and funnel
them through a single hardware IPI.
