Grepping the pahole sources:

$ git grep DW_ATE
dwarf_loader.c:         bt->is_bool = encoding == DW_ATE_boolean;
dwarf_loader.c:         bt->is_signed = encoding == DW_ATE_signed;

Missing DW_ATE_unsigned encoding?
