Subject: pstore: fix compression

pstore_compress() and decompress_record() use a mistyped config option
name ("PSTORE_COMPRESSION" instead of "PSTORE_COMPRESS").
As a result compression and decompressionm of pstore records is always
disabled.

Use the correct config option name.
