Subject: linux-next: build failure after merge of the kbuild tree

Hi all,

After merging the kbuild tree, today's linux-next build (x86_64
allmodconfig) failed like this:

cc1: fatal error: FORCE: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.

Presuably caused by commit

15bb90419621 ("arch: syscalls: add missing FORCE and fix 'targets' to make if_changed work")

I have used the kbuild tree from next-20210219 for today.
