This change does not seem be be exactly right because this exception event
can be on the response to the power mode change. Then, if the UFS device is
in one of the low power modes (e.g. SLEEP), the exception event handler
cannot read the exception event status. The suspend still works but the
exception event handler produces error messages "failed to get BKOPS status".
