Subject: [PATCH -tip 5/5] tracing: Remove kretprobe unknown indicator from stacktrace

Since the stacktrace API fixup the kretprobed address correctly,
there is no need to convert the "kretprobe_trampoline" to
 "[unknown/kretprobe'd]" anymore. Remove it.
