Subject: [PATCH] scsi: ufs: fix error return code of ufshcd_devfreq_target()
When the list of clk_list is empty, no error return code of
ufshcd_devfreq_target() is assigned.
To fix this bug, ret is assigned with -ENOENT as error return code.
