Subject: [PATCH 3/5] hugetlb_cgroup: remove unnecessary VM_BUG_ON_PAGE in hugetlb_cgroup_migrate()

!PageHuge(oldhpage) is implicitly checked in page_hstate() above, so we
remove this explicit one.
