Subject: [PATCH] sched: replace if (cond) BUG() with BUG_ON()
Fix the following coccicheck warnings:
./arch/powerpc/platforms/cell/spufs/sched.c:908:2-5: WARNING: Use BUG_ON
instead of if condition followed by BUG.
