Subject: [PATCH 02/11] i2c: imx-lpi2c: add runtime pm support

- Add runtime pm support to dynamicly manage the clock.
- Put the suspend to suspend_noirq.
- Call .pm_runtime_force_suspend() to force runtime pm suspended
  in .suspend_noirq().
