Subject: [PATCH v4 3/5] arm64: Kconfig: support CONFIG_KASAN_VMALLOC

We can backed shadow memory in vmalloc area after vmalloc area
isn't populated at kasan_init(), thus make KASAN_VMALLOC selectable.
