Subject: [PATCH] mmc: sdhci-brcmstb: Remove CQE quirk
Remove the CQHCI_QUIRK_SHORT_TXFR_DESC_SZ quirk because the
latest chips have this fixed and earlier chips have other
CQE problems that prevent the feature from being enabled.
