Subject: [PATCH 4/4] PCI: j721e: Add PCIe support for AM64

AM64 has the same PCIe IP as in J7200 (legacy interrupt handling is
same as J7200 instead of J721E). Add support for "ti,am64-pcie-host"
compatible that is specific to AM64.
