checkpatch (scripts/checkpatch.pl --strict -g HEAD) complains about this line:
WARNING: Possible unwrapped commit description (prefer a maximum 75 chars per line)
but checkpatch should be ignored here, as you did the right thing by not
breaking an error message across multiple lines.
